STAKE! DUBAI OR NOT DUBAI?

An investor and a camel
An investor and a camel

Stake Property Investment is a platform that allows individuals to invest in real estate properties without the need to purchase an entire property themselves. It’s like dipping your toes into the real estate market without diving headfirst. Here’s how it works:

  1. Fractional Ownership: Stake lets you buy shares in high-yield properties and funds. You don’t need to be a millionaire to get started; even a small investment can give you a piece of the real estate pie.

  2. Dubai-Centric: Now, here’s the catch. Stake’s properties are mainly based in the desert city of Dubai, part of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Dubai is known for its futuristic skyline, luxury lifestyle, and thriving business environment. Investing here means being part of a dynamic market.

  3. Currency: The currency used for transactions on Stake is the United Arab Emirates dirham (AED). Don’t let this put you off; currency exchange is a common part of global investing.

Pros:

  1. Legit: Good news! It is legitimate! No com men (or women) at work here!

  2. Diversification: Stake allows you to diversify your investment portfolio by owning fractional shares in multiple properties. You’re not tied to a single location or property type.

  3. Low Barrier to Entry: No need to break the bank. With Stake, you can start investing with a modest amount. It’s accessible to everyday investors.

  4. Expert-Selected Properties: Stake’s experts curate the properties, ensuring quality and potential for growth.

Cons:

  1. Dubai-Centric: While Dubai is a vibrant market, it’s essential to recognize that all Stake properties are located there. If you’re looking for global diversification, this might limit your options.

  2. Currency Risk: Exchange rates can fluctuate. Keep an eye on currency movements when investing in AED.

  3. Moral Fibre: One of our chums (a serial failure at investing by the way) refused to invest because of human rights issues in that country.

Terrible puns aside, we took the plunge and bought some property through Stake. So far, the process has been smooth, and we’re excited to see how our investment performs. We were a bit stupid transferring our english pounds across at fist and did it in two lumps so got charged double commission for currency exchange. Please don't make that mistake! At the moment our property is growing (by 7%) and we get paid rent AED 154 so far! We reinvested our pathetic amount of rent in a second property. Stay tuned for updates!

In summary, Stake Property Investment offers a unique opportunity for small investors to participate in the real estate game. Don’t let the desert sands deter you—Stake might just be your ticket to international property ownership! Click on our link to get 200 AED FREE and get your portfolio started for nothing!
