Bitcoin Miner?
Very Minor Indeed!
The game calls itself "Bitcoin Miner" and claims that you can earn real bitcoin! And you can do all of this from the comfort of your phone! It's also one of those "idle" games, so surely it is a matter of time before you become a bitcoin billionaire? All we have to do is set up and leave it running in the background. With quirky, retro graphics (who goes in for that sort of tosh nowadays?), it even has advertisements that are quite open about your earning potential. So, is it legit? It seems quite honest. Just how much can you earn? Sick of being constantly bombarded by their advertising, Cash Geeks decided to find out...
Bitcoin Miner.... Putting the "Bit" into Bitcoin!
Are you ready to strike digital gold from the comfort of your phone? “Bitcoin Miner” promises just that! It’s an idle game where you set up your mining operation and watch the satoshis "roll in". I use those inverted commas for a reason.. ..But is it legit, or just another pixelated pipe dream?
How to Play:
Set Up Your Miners: Begin by setting up your mining operation. You’ll have a basic miner to start with. Tap on it to mine bitcoin (represented as satoshis). As you accumulate satoshis, you can upgrade your miners for faster production.
Upgrade and Boost: Use your earned satoshis to upgrade your miners. Upgrades increase their efficiency, allowing you to mine more bitcoin per tap. Additionally, there are boosters (such as time-based multipliers) that enhance your earnings.
Idle Mining: The game is idle, meaning you can leave it running in the background. Even when you’re not actively tapping, your miners continue to work and generate bitcoin.
Cash Out: Once you’ve accumulated enough satoshis, you can cash out and convert them into real bitcoin. Keep an eye on your progress and aim for those sweet bitcoin payouts!
Pros:
Earn Real Bitcoin: The game lives up to its promise—you can indeed earn real bitcoin. By tapping and upgrading your miners, you accumulate satoshis (the smallest unit of Bitcoin) that you can later cash out.
Smooth Gameplay: Despite the busy screen, the game runs smoothly without lag, making it enjoyable to play.
Strategy Element: It’s not just mindless tapping; there’s strategy involved in upgrading, boosting, and managing developments.
Cons:
Misleading Advertising: Some players feel the game’s advertising can be misleading, which detracts from the overall experience. That probably includes us. In fact, it does.
Retro Graphics: While some appreciate the quirky, retro graphics, others may find them outdated.
Not an actual miner! They are quite honest about this, it doesn't mine bitcoin, they just pay you from the revenue of the zillions of adverts you have to watch to earn anything
In summary, “Bitcoin Miner” is legit and offers a way to earn real bitcoin. A way that stretches the word "fun", and indeed, "earn".
Bitcoin Miner - a "bit" of a dissapointment?
So the good news is that it really does give you "satoshis",.....little one hundred millionths of a bitcoin! And you can withdraw them, even tiny amounts, to a wallet called "ZBD" (which you have to download separately), which you can then, in turn, transfer to your Coinbase wallet, eventually, after getting an "invoice" from Coinbase. Good lord. that is one long sentence. But, I digress, it actually does work! That's the good news though - it does give you real crypto. However, the game itself is dull beyond relief. "Idle" games are crushingly dull anyway, but his takes the crown. And while it does, admittedly, idle along in the background collecting worthless pretend coins, the actual bitcoin satoshis that have the actual value have to be collected manually, with you staring at the screen, waiting for one to come along, possibly every 5 or 6 minutes, and then still being awake to click it. We did this for two hours this morning and managed to collect about 34 satoshi - or 0.00000034 Bitcoin. This is worth about 0.03 cents, even on a good day. We will never get those 2 hours back. Will we be doing this every day? No. Short answer. Why no. Life is too short. It doesn't even cover the cost of charging your phone. There is a silver lining though and that comes in the form of "ZBD", the app/wallet where you transfer your earning too, It has far more lucrative earning opportunities of its own..... But more about this soon, very soon, once we have investigated just a little bit more......
