Cash geeks has been using "Cointiply" for a long time! For over five years apparently. Mainly just the faucet section, but also completing the odd survey when time allows to generate those all important points. Using the faucet alone will take you many years to earn sufficient funds to withdraw. The "point to click" PTC ads can top up your earnings. But unless you actually engage with surveys and the offer walls, it can take you an age to get up to the 50000 coins required for you to be able to withdraw some actual bitcoin to your pre-set wallets.

The 50000 coins is equivalent to just $5 of real money. Once you are there, you can keep going, you even earn interest on balances of over 35,000 coins. Once you decide to convert, those dollars of coins are converted into however much bitcoin that 5$ is worth on the day.
